Shipping policy

We aim to ship your item within 2 business days (excluding public holidays and the weekend) once payment is fully cleared. A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch of item. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct upon check-out as we cannot make any changes to the shipping address once the tracking number has been created. If you wish to use Paypal for payment, we ship only to your primary address set on your Paypal.

Shipping courier used within Australia is Aust Express Post with tracking and signature on delivery, which arrives typically within 2 business days.

For international shipment, we use DHL express postage for faster delivery. Delivery timeframe is different depending on the location around the world. Usually it will be within 3-6 working days for Europe and North America region, and 2-4 working days for Asia region.

Please note parcel insurance is additional cost, please email shop@ayainlove.com or direct message us on our Instagram account @AYAINLOVE prior to making purchase if you would like to have this extra. We cannot add insurance once the tracking number has been created. For international clients, please be aware that custom is outside our control so we will not be liable for any import duty or tax, the recipient is responsible for paying the duty.
